Myfanwy Ronchetti

Myfanwy Ronchetti is Operations Director at Hunston Grove, where she oversees the day-to-day operational, financial and compliance functions of the business.  Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PWC and previously served as Chief Financial Accountant at the Bank of England, she has built her career around creating robust financial controls, improving business processes and supporting sustainable organisational growth.

Since moving into the recruitment industry in 2021, Myfanwy has combined her financial expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach to operations. She is passionate about delivering efficient processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring businesses have the structures and governance needed to support long-term success. Her broad experience across finance and operations enables her to provide both strategic oversight and hands-on support as the business continues to grow.

Away from work, Myfanwy enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mum of two boys. Weekends are often spent supporting them from the sidelines at football and rugby matches. She is also a devoted Welsh rugby fan and follows the sport closely. When she’s not cheering on her sons or Wales, she enjoys running and staying active.
